Do I need tracing hardware?
No. OptiTrace is 100% software: your phone's camera is the tracer.
How is the frame size determined?
Automatically, in the Snap step — you never type a size. The app determines the frame size from the capture; there is no manual entry.
What phones are supported?
iOS 24 or later.
My order didn't reach my ECP system. What should I check?
- Check your network connection.
- Confirm your ECP prescription lens ordering account is linked in Settings.
- Contact your sales representative with the order reference from History.
How do I delete a project or my data?
Open the project → Delete. See the Privacy Policy for server-side data requests.
